What I love - I transferred shampoo & conditioner from their large Costco bottles, which were too tall for me to pump easily when placed on the upper shower shelf. These are just the right size, pump the very thick conditioner easily, and they look great.What I don't love - Like so many have said, getting that pump top opened is not easy. It took my husband more than 20 turns to get it to pop up. It also felt silly spending that much money on a few empty plastic bottles. And the writing on the bottles is ridiculous! I mean really, if you are trying to translate something into English to mass market a product, do your homework.Bottom line - Once they're opened, they look and work great, despite the silly little saying printed on them.
