The ability to create folders, add attachments etc without having access from another computer/device that can be used with this software in order not have your data at risk when you are away or offline during working hours! It does require some training but once learned it's very easy as well - no more forgetting passwords which I had been doing previously because of my forgetfulness issues!! Great product overall though there could definitely improve upon how easily one learns everything about their account setup (if they're new).
We use dossier so we don't lose any work while out & cannot receive messages due being disconnected whilst using our smartphones outside office time-frames.
