It has been three months since I installed this drive. I said it's been fine so far. I gave up automatic door locks for almost four years because the price of this product from the retailers was absurd and they also led me to believe that this was not a DIY project. I'm here to tell you that this was a mid-skill and pretty much a do-it-yourself project. Highly recommended
