4 inch band at bottom/cowl gargantuan
I'm returning this tunic in favor of ordering another one I got last year from ebay. The cowl neck on this is incredibly large. I couldn't fold it down and have it stay looking nice. Additionally, the gray band at the bottom is too large and emphasizes the hips. It just wasn't for me. Conversely, it's a nice, heavy fabric that would be warm in winter.
