I bought a compact monochrome laser printer in May 2020. I researched printers for a while and they came highly recommended. I printed test pages first and then printed some good pages for myself. Then I made the mistake of clicking the "Off" button. He never turned on again. I'm simplifying a long story here: I spent an hour and a half in a chat queue, after which I got disconnected and was sent a screenshot of a failed text conversation saying I ended the conversation. There was an equally long delay on the phone only to be contacted by a completely incompetent customer service representative. I set up a new printer that successfully printed test pages. I'm sorry to say that at that moment I was afraid to touch this damn thing lest anything go wrong. My fears were confirmed when I attempted to print a two-sided shipping label today in December. The printer is in "deep sleep" and cannot be woken up. It cannot connect to my laptop and vice versa. I should have just burned my money. I would have more fun
