The chatbot feature allows me to create multiple bots with different intents, so that I can easily manage them all from one place without having too many tabs open in my browser or phone app! It's also really easy to set up new features by just adding some code into our dashboard instead of building everything myself (which would be much more time consuming). We've been able to use this platform as an internal tool across several departments within our organization - it makes communication easier than ever before between teams we haven't worked together previously.
