This program allows me as an Account Executive for one of our clients/organizations to create employee charts quickly without spending days or weeks doing it in Excel! It's almost like having someone there helping you every step along the way so you don't have to spend hours trying to get your desired outcome - this saves time plus creates professional looking reports very easily too!! I love being able use my phone while creating these things but can also take them home if needed. There are some features that could be added such as adding pictures (we often need to supply photos) which would make us complete employees' picture cards quicker than we're currently producing using other programs. We do not require any training at all since everything required is already available from setting up user profiles through to templates used throughout each individual section created within the application itself - all from just clicking buttons & tabs where appropriate.
