ArtNaturals has an undoubtedly personal best Natural Heat Shield! I have long thin hair so any supplement can make my hair slightly greasy. Spray on after showering, combing, heating and styling as usual. It doesn't take much for someone going through chemo, my thinning hair is getting stronger, healthier, frizz free and growing although I'm losing blemishes but still growing back. I also recommend the shampoo and conditioners they carry, I use them and a few other products like the leve-in conditioner they make and my hair dries nice and smooth! Even when I air dry it sets so well that my whole styling stays tame! Overall a great product!
