Works for a deaf person.
I have no hearing, and this is the best option I have found so far. However, I wish that I had more of the receivers that I could buy. When I move from room to room, I am not always able to see the strobe as it has to be connected to a wall outlet- not always in my field of vision. When it is dark, the strobe lights up a larger area and is easier to see.
