Review on Sofia by Mohmed Burt

What I liked best was using it in one project for two years together with my colleagues to understand patients' problems from different angles (physiological as well sociodemographic). We also made sure we really understood every single patient problem by collecting all relevant background information related to each issue (socioeconomic status etc.) before starting working through some typical example case scenarios or questions posed by a real client. This approach saved us quite time compared to traditional interviews which requires long hours just gathering personal profiles about our interviewees but not actually solving any case problems. Nothing much! Using this software helped me learn how complicated things can get when you don't have adequate resources/capability (eg too many clients) while building your business model around providing counselling services online. Also helps make good decisions as far as what would work better for our target customers and who they are rather than trying to guess I like how fast it works in combination with AI which helps me make better decisions faster than before. Also, Sofiam has good customer service support if you have any questions or need help setting up your account/applications for business use (we are an education institution). No dislike about this software yet. We use Sophia as our main decision maker when we face critical situations where time matters most especially during emergencies.
