Great customer care for quick response to my questions, easy way in explaining features & customizations needed (i am newbie when it comes to cms), no one will deny its amazing feature comparison which is hard decision maker while planning your website design. Its not that expensive as compared to other competitors available online at this price point. User friendly UI that everyone can understand very easily even if you are newbie too like me - no coding / scripting required! Highly recommended for those who want an awesome site without spending huge bucks or time from development stage only The best part of Falcon is the support. Their team is really helpful and quick to respond. The software itself is easy to use, but the lack of some functionality could be addressed. It's not always easy to find things that are not included. Having a good team to work with can make a big difference. We have been using Falcon for about a year now and it has been a very smooth transition. We were looking for a solution to manage our web content and this fit the bill perfectly.
