It was a HUGE hit for my son's birthday
My 2 year old is obsessed with eggs. If you can throw or kick him, he will. So for his 2 year birthday we blew up an inflatable pool, filled it with balloons and decorated it with these ribbons. We bought two sets and hung one on the blades of a ceiling fan and turned it on at its lowest speed. . . It was like a super car and we ended up leaving it for about 3 weeks because he laughed about it every day. Eventually we had to clean up the mess, and for days after he kept pointing "Balls?" at the ceiling fan.
