I have 9 cats. I use Van Ness Extra Giant litter liners along with the Extra Giant litter in my upstairs bathroom as an additional litter box to the two "under bed pockets" that serve as the main litter boxes in the basement. The Van Ness Extra Giant Cat Fry Pan with matching Extra Giant inserts goes together beautifully. The earbuds are big enough in both width and depth so you don't have to stretch the earbuds to go around corners causing them to tear, in fact there's a lot of loose plastic hanging down the sides. They're pretty deep too. If you use a Van Ness cat pan with a proper liner, you won't have any problems. I've read several reviews complaining about stretched and torn pages. This is what happens when you mix and match regular litter boxes with Van Ness litter liners, unless you're lucky if they just go together. Reviewers have also complained of their cats tearing and tearing the liners. The mission didn't fail, it's one of two things: either the litter box wasn't clean enough and they decided to show their disdain by shredding it; or cats naturally love to scratch everything, including sofas and litter boxes.
