Review on LEVOIT LV-H132-RF Replacement Filter - 3 Pack 3-In-1 H13 True HEPA Filter Replacement For LV-H132 Air Purifier by Sam Calderon

Update: They contacted me about what happened and offered to send me a replacement which arrived yesterday. Amazing customer service.Bought the two pack immediately I compared it to the Levoit one, I could tell the difference in quality but as long as it does the job I'm fine with it for the price but the problem is one one of the filters was opened and missing the "FINE PRELIMINARY FILTER" and the other one was sealed. Did I receive I open boxed item or is the quality this bad that they don't ship the item sealed and missing one of the filters. I'm going back to Levoit.Also why does this make noise like the active carbon is a bunch of bbs compared to levoit?Also just noticed as I was going to upload the review that the one that was opened is missing the tabs to pull this out of the unit so if I installed this is would have been more likely than not a problem to remove.
