Another universal charger made me NOT use this laptop someone gave me for free because it didn't work. It used to not let me boot from USB or do anything at all. Constant message that a system component is defective or something, and warns me that the power supply is defective. This Dell Inspiron 15 5567 draws 59 watts from the mains under full load. For $25 I have a working laptop. Throw in an SSD and it's a small dual-core i5 7200U. Now I know it's worth upgrading RAM and buying a new keyboard for it.
