Rating Update: I'm forced to change my rating from 4 start to 2 because the teeth of the straightener ripped my hair and caused more damage. I like the idea of this flat iron but the teeth need to be removed. I've always been able to curl my hair with regular flat irons, but I feel like this is a game changer for sure. I was able to iron with ease and ruffle with ease. My fever was only 200° and my hair was frizzy. When I straightened it I had it slightly cooler at 180° as I don't need it too hot. Very happy with this purchase. My only complaint is the little prongs on the sides, wish they were just plates on the sides, never had a fan on the teeth.
