I think that it is optimal for a kitchen in a city apartment, where you do not need to process 100 kg of meat every day. If you want to process a whole boar, then you need to take a meat grinder with a higher capacity. Meat cuts well, but not hastily :))). I can't comment on reliability yet. On an under-thawed piece of meat, the speed dropped slightly, but the auger did not stop completely, it managed. The power is small, but quite sufficient. The device suits completely.
