Thin foamy material but stunning

The material is more like a very light thin foam which is quite odd unless you pound it quite a bit to keep its shape. For example if I put it on a tabletop it won't be shaped like the picture unless there are some heavy things on its underside :L BUT I STILL LOVE IT for the mermaid vibe 😍
