Review on DailyShoes Women'S Comfort Round Toe Mid Calf Flat Ankle High Eskimo Winter Fur Snow Boots by Daniel Tonini

OK, but not great - my new review

I usually buy high-end boots for winter/snow since I do a lot of walking outdoors/winter activities, but I was out of town and didn't have my boots with me, so I just needed a pair to wear temporarily. I also ordered one size up because I wanted to wear thick socks. The first time I wore them in the snow, my toes were cold with two pairs of regular socks on after about 45 minutes in 28 degree weather + snow. The second time I wore them, I tried them with thick insulated socks and my feet stayed warm after three hours in the snow at about 30 degrees. Boots appear to be waterproof after wearing them for 2 - 3 hours in the snow at a time. **BIG NOTE: If you have large calves you may have trouble zipping them all the way up. I don't have big or wide calves and wasn't able to zip them up over one pair of winter leggings. It could be that I received an irregular pair, but something to consider if you have wide or muscular calves.**
