Not worth the money, I will not advise this product.

I would like to know if the manufacturers can send me a new crossbar? Warranty card in hand.
Has pros:
The fan itself is not bad, it works properly, it performs its function, and at the same time it is quite silent.
Some cons:
The quality of materials. The assembly is not difficult, but I received a broken crossbar, so I could not assemble the cross under the base, respectively, the fan cannot stand on its own.
