I like how easy it is to set up and use, as well as the ease of being able to get reports out quickly. The customer service is also very friendly and helpful. There's not much I dislike about this software. If you're looking for a complete, easy-to-use solution that will fit your needs, give Prewave a try. They've been very responsive to our requests and have always had great suggestions, allowing us to tailor their products to suit our needs. We've been able to streamline the process of getting reports generated and sent out to internal stakeholders in a matter of seconds or minutes. This has helped us keep track of all our KPIs and ensure we are meeting them, which helps us make quick decisions.
