Moves a lot for my opinion
I try wearing this to bed. I roll around a lot in my sleep. This cap moves around a lot whole I sleep, even if I tighten the strap up a lot, then it just hurts my head and moves around. I usually wake up with the cap has fallen down and is covering my eyes. Overall it's a nice product, just didn't work for me. I bought a regular bonnet and it doesn't slide all around while I sleep.
