I like that you can add as many employees, projects or tasks as needed along with their respective risks! You have so much control over what is going into your database. It's very easy to navigate around because it has such great functionality built right in compared to other products out there. Sometimes when adding new data/information, sometimes it doesn't save properly - but this seems to be more limited use than others we've used in our organization previously. We are solving several problems within my team by providing them access to information about project finances (costs) & risk assessments regarding those budgets.
