The best thing about Merlin One is that it has been very easy to use and setup compared to other competitors. It also gives us the ability to have our own version control and workflows which we didn't have with other platforms. The support team is always willing to help as well. I also like how quick they are to respond to tickets. There isn't much to dislike at this point. The only thing I would say is that we wish it was more customizable. We were able to customize but some things were hard to do. If you are looking for a platform where you can easily create your own templates and workflows then this is the platform for you. We needed a platform that allowed us to create our own workflows and templates. This is what Merlin one did perfectly. We were able to create our own templates and workflows.
