Review on OMWay by Matt Buchanan

I was eager to check out OMWay for my digital camera requirements, but after dealing with this business, I was let down and frustrated. Their website is a complete chaos, to start. It's so cluttered and difficult to navigate that it looks like they hired a toddler to design it. Just to locate the item I was searching for, I felt as though I needed a map and compass. Second, their level of client support is laughable. It appears as though they are unconcerned with their clients. When I emailed them with a query, I got a canned reply that didn't even begin to address my inquiry. It was less informative than speaking to a brick block. Last but not least, their shipping is as slow as a snail on holiday. I'm pretty confident a carrier pigeon brought my order. By the time it finally came, I had forgotten that I had even ordered something. Overall, I was dissatisfied and irritated by OMWay. If you're not in the mood for a good laugh, I wouldn't advise anyone to use this business. (or a good cry). Avoid the hassle and purchase your cameras somewhere else. OMNever, Jose!
