Font is slightly larger than most, same information.

I needed a complete fryer circuit and got a universal one. Here is the same data as everyone else. I would happily buy a letter-sized magnetic card with a more detailed cooking table for more money, it was worth it. All are missing too many elements. I will write a spreadsheet and magnetically laminate the pages. It should have more meat and different thicknesses as they all take different times with temperature control.
