I liked the ability to allow customers to sign electronic documents. However, installing the software is a bit difficult. Well, it's more like knowing what software to install. If you are not familiar with computers, you may have problems. However, when I had an issue with it not working on Adobe 5 months after purchase, I called support and the lady helped me to fix it. She wasn't very nice like she wouldn't ask how my day was going but she quickly fixed the problem. I was grateful to her for being there, for helping fix it, and for her speed.
