I like how easy it was to make appointments with my doctor using this software- very convenient! It can be difficult at times figuring out what you are looking up in your appointment calendar when there's more than one option listed as an "appointment." Some of these options may not even have been scheduled yet by other doctors which makes finding them hard sometimes. This program has made scheduling visits so much easier because we're able to see all our available schedules right from their website instead of going back through old emails or calling each office individually.
