The Falls of Twidec Lacking in Terms of Customer Service

My recent experience with Twidec left me feeling dissatisfied, especially given the importance I place on providing excellent customer support. Their website and the way they describe their products are both very remarkable; however, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. After placing an order with Twidec, I discovered that there would be a holdup in the delivery process, but no one informed me of this. I attempted to get an update from their customer support team, but I was given a response that was condescending and unhelpful when I did so. It took me several attempts to clarify the situation before I was given a response. When I eventually got my order, I was dismayed to discover that one of the products had been messed up in shipping. Despite the fact that I contacted their customer support team, I was not provided with a solution that met my needs or compensation for the damaged product. Despite the fact that I value the high-quality of Twidec's products, I am troubled by the company's inattention to providing good customer support. Anyone who is thinking about placing an order with Twidec should be aware that there is a possibility of delays and that their customer support team has a poor track record of communicating with customers.

Pros
  • advanced instrumentation and control devices.
Cons
  • inadequate customer support team communication.
