I tried it first with a final generation Apple TimCapsule (tower style) and a 2017 MacBook Pro and it didn’t work but then switched to a new Netgear Nighthawk AX-6000 and it works! I use an Ebay Basics USB-C adapter ( the one with 3 USB A ports) with the MacBook Pro and the router reports a gigabit connection. This a looong cable and the zoom conference speed and sound with it is super clean. Haven’t had to try large transfers yet, but multiple uses rate this a working cable, plus its flat and takes up less room.
