Real junk, such a terrible quality still needs to be searched.

A marriage came to me, on the 5th day of use I was accepted in the server center, and recorded 3 days before, the headphones eventually lay with them for 2 weeks, they gave it away saying that the LEFT earpiece was not working, and the noise due to the fact that the headphones do not write my voice, and everything around except me, that is, if you want to talk to someone, or record a voice, you need to do this in an isolated room, otherwise the voice will not be heard) is this normal at all?
