Read reviews and was concerned about peeling. I tested it on the tip without using a base coat. Cured in 2 minutes. I scratched it with my fingernail and it seemed very reliable. Today I painted my nails with acrylic paints. The coverage is nice and application is easy BUT when I tried to apply the second coat the first coat started peeling off in a few places. The coverage is so good I didn't really feel the need for a second coat. I applied 2 coats of matte top coat. I healed each hand for a few minutes. I cook, my hands are in chemicals and water, and so far so good. The color doesn't match the set because I used a lighter purple with a few drops of another brand of black to get the brown. Maybe it will help him persevere 🤷‍♀️🤔
