I received this using the manufacturers configurator to ensure it would fit my JK Wrangler. The installation guide that came with it wasn't very helpful, but I watched a couple of YouTube videos, which together told me everything I needed to know. The connection to the radio had a built in adapter which was great but to get the power hooked up I had to make a connection to existing wiring under the dash which can loosen the connection or even cut power from the wall socket if you're not careful. So I would also prefer the built-in adapter. The Jeep dealer charged me $60 to unlock the radio after I completed the installation. First, I put a tube in the spare tire area, which was fine, but it created a 2 foot dead zone under the tire. I then moved it to the bumper next to the drawbar and it gave a much better picture. The stadium width lines in the video image appear to be scaled for a 6ft wide vehicle, making them too narrow for a jeep with 35" tires. But the camera helps us avoid hitting something the side mirrors can't see, and that's the point.
