I've bought several of these cables but haven't found a defective one yet. They're great for power banks or for plugging in your phone while charging it from a computer. I keep one in my purse because most people have Lightning or USB-B cables, but rarely does anyone have an extra USB-C lying around. They also work in multi-device charging stations, but they're a bit short for that. The only problem I have is that they are so small that I lose them. I wish they were a different color to contrast with my shorter USB-b cables.
