Broken - but very good customer service

I never write reviews but the clasp broke on my son's Tuesday which was the first day I wore it. Very disappointing and I can't figure out how to contact the seller to find out how to fix it. Very sad mom! Update - I received a replacement from the seller without even contacting them. I am very grateful to them for their customer service and their response to my review.
