Ok I found the quality comparable to my original Honda key, very durable. I'm under the misconception that I can transfer the old key blade and internals to this new case, but YOU CAN'T! THE KEY IS MOLDED INTO THE BODY, just like the OEM. The challenge is finding someone to cut the key, as this requires a laser cutter, which most "retail" key makers don't have. I went to a local locksmith who cut the old internals and rebuilt them into a new $50 key. No programming required as the transponder is transferred to a new key.
