I wanted to buy a case to protect the back of my new special edition switch from getting oil prints on them. A lot of people can relate if you ever held your switch for an extended amount of time, the oil from your fingers and palm will leave noticeable and "oily" stains on the back, and once it's there, it's almost impossible to remove. I didn't want to get a protection skin because it would cover the nice design on the back of the case. So I needed something light, flexible, that offers enough protection, and this item is perfect.The design hugs the device snuggly, it's relatively light, and the rubber texture feels very smooth and nice to hold. I am able to use the kickstand without and issue, and I can slide out the joy-con easily from the top. I used to prefer caseless, but after using this, the texture felt so comfortable to hold that I will buy another one for my other switch.It does, however, adds a level of "bulkiness" to your device. So you are a fan of slim fit, this might not exactly feel thin enough. It also adds a slight weight, and it may be more noticeable if you are holding your switch to play for an extended amount of time.
