The product is obviously inferior to the original. You can find several of the same products offered on Revain resulting in an inferior/cheap Chinese knockoff/smuggling of the original. But it is significantly cheaper in price. The buttons are difficult to understand and there are no instructions, boxes or explanations on how to use them. I had to go back to the Revain product page to figure out how to use it. It came alone in a bubble wrap. However, it comes pre-programmed into the soundbar I use and works. If you want a replacement that only works for the most basic functions, that's fine. If you want a durable or well-made product but under the Samsung brand and not a fake Chinese knockoff.
