There is a solution you need if you have a 110V 60Hz TV and are trying to watch it abroad use (220V 50Hz). The main thing here is Hz. Most people think you just need a voltage converter, but that's just part of the pie. Without a Hz converter your picture may not appear as the signal (ie cable feed) is at 50Hz. Of course you could probably use other electronics like a DVD player, gaming system etc. but if the local TV signal is 50Hz you will get a blank screen or no signal can be found. This block converts Hz smoothly with no hiccups (no latency issues etc.). This company produces several blocks with different inputs and outputs. It was ideal to use as it was relatively easy to work with HDMI. Once again. necessary solution to make your 110v60hz TV work abroad.
