Good investment for pots and pans
I liked the even heat distribution in this pan. Maybe just used a teaspoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan and cooked nicely for frying. good investment acceptable price. Not too difficult for me. In general, this is the brand I will stick with. Cleans like a breeze with a sponge and hot, soapy water. Do not use dishwashing sponges. No need. stayed 3 months. I use it often. No scratch.
