My senior kitten and adult cat loved this mat. They played with him every night. Unfortunately, both sensitivity and durability are major concerns. It only lit up when we/our cars tapped an inside corner of the mat, making it less attractive than it could have been. It would be good if it only worked for about 3 weeks. I bought the carpet on December 3rd and on December 20th it stopped working. We've tried changing the batteries but it still doesn't work which is a shame because our cats loved it.
