Poor quality and even worse customer service

Has worked very well so far. I love how they made the tip bag. This makes it really difficult to lose parts. I also like that the cable only pulls in on one side. Both features are upgrades from a previously purchased and returned product. The magnet is much stronger. Durability will show with time, but so far it seems it will last. Addendum: Item broke after a few months. After a week and a half, they finally got the company. They said they would send a replacement but it's been over a month and I still haven't received a replacement.
