Tankless design works very well. Saves me a lot of space. The company responded very quickly to all my questions. However, I wanted a mineralizing filter to get the minerals back into the water but they were running out so I bought from another company and it changed the taste. I don't mind but my wife can say I hope we get used to it. Also, using the tester sent to me, I found that my water softener was not working. So I'll replace it. My water hardness is 277ppm but the reverse osmosis filter reduces it to 50 so even with the addition of a mineralizer it really works. I would buy it again.
