Just like OEM rivets.
Like original rivets. They break into 3 legs when you tighten them, like in my Ford Expedition. This will help keep the back level so the window mechanism doesn't catch on it. If you use regular rivets, mushrooms and bulges will form on the back, which can get in the way. You definitely want a "big" rivet, not a regular hand rivet.
