This is how Logitech technical support explained, where I turned to with questions. That is, it turns out that they produce different modifications of the M510. Naturally, they gave standard recommendations for improving the operation of the mouse - reconnect using the program, change the batteries, clean the sensor with acomtton swab (this is with a new mouse ! ) Nothing helped. Perhaps a defectivecompy came across, but then how did it get on sale? For such money they sell a product that does notcomrrespond to the description on the site, and even with a marriage. As a result, I bought a wireless mouse from another manufacturer 2.5 times cheaper, it works fine. Logitech is disappointing. I do not recommend purchasing the M510.
