This is an excellent LEM tenderizer for tenderizing meat or slicing jerky. It is well made with a sturdy two piece molded body that supports the blades/teeth. Easy to clean although the blades and teeth are a bit difficult to reach. Fits perfectly on my LEM No. 5 grinder as well as the larger sizes. Cut the meat into cubes as fast as you can. I put the venison through three or four times, changing the direction of the cut. Other meats require fewer passages. Diced reindeer meat sold online! I took one of them several times and decided it was time to buy myself. The Lender has been in good use for several years, processes a lot of meat without any problems. A very reliable product that will give you years of enjoyment if you already own a Big-Bite LEM Grinder. It doesn't go with anything else I know.
