This is a spoon in spatulas

That's hmm. spoon things. But seriously, this is a sturdy, relatively narrow spoon that I bought for scooping things out of small jars and jars. It works well with them, but not as well as a narrow silicone spatula. Don't use it to stir boiling water for noodles or hot soups. or it becomes fluffy with raised fibers, like cheaper bamboo, and unlike beech or olive wood.
