I've never liked the taste of protein shakes over the years but this one is really delicious. I just finished my first bath. I used coconut milk as the liquid. I started my day with a 10 ounce smoothie. I felt full and satisfied from 4:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. As a bonus, the powder seems to make me drink more water. Around 8:00 p.m. I downed another 10 ounces (plus powder) of the shake. Day 2 I drank a 20 ounce smoothie between 4 and 5 am. Then at 2:00 p.m. drank another 10 ounces. I continued this regime until it went away. I've noticed I feel more energetic, less hungry, smoother bowling movements, it fights my chocolate cravings, makes me drink more water and a lot less soda. I love it!
