DO NOT BUY! The product I received is not the one in the photo. Please note that the size of the white insulator in this product image is approximately 1/8 inch. This is necessary to ensure proper isolation of these adapters. The insulator of the product I received is around 1-2mm and is not enough for most VHF applications. When connecting a simplex to a cheaper Baofeng HT via adapters with 1-2 mm isolation, the average signals are completely lost. I snap on the 1/8" full isolation adapter and those signals are fully audible again. I've done extensive testing under a variety of conditions and would never buy an adapter with as bad a shield-to-pin isolation as yours. Make sure that you know what you are buying - The pictures here are totally misleading I threw away my product.
