Very easy to use for those who have never waxed and don't worry if it's too hot or too cold, you can set the right temperature for me, it doesn't irritate my skin which doesn't irritate my skin is very nice when it's not or the area is too swollen, the smell isn't bad and I didn't have as much hair growth after waxing either which is a big plus.
